Refund Policy

At Revealed, we take pride in offering high-quality, handcrafted hair and body oil products. Due to the personal nature of our items, we have a strict refund and return policy, outlined below.​

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Please follow the steps below:

You must:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide your order number

  3. Email clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items to:

We will either:

  • Resend the correct or replacement item at no additional cost, or

  • Offer a full or partial refund, depending on the issue

Note: We do not offer refunds or replacements if more than 7 days have passed since delivery, or if no photo evidence is provided.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Product dislike (scent, texture, personal preference)

  • Delayed shipments due to carrier issues

  • Orders with incorrect shipping addresses submitted by the customer

  • Items lost or stolen after delivery is marked "delivered"

Refunds 

If your refund is approved:

  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or card provider

 

Return Instructions (If Applicable)

If we authorize a return (e.g. wrong product sent), we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
