Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Please follow the steps below:

Email clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items to:

We will either:

Resend the correct or replacement item at no additional cost, or

Offer a full or partial refund, depending on the issue
Note: We do not offer refunds or replacements if more than 7 days have passed since delivery, or if no photo evidence is provided.

Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind

Product dislike (scent, texture, personal preference)

Delayed shipments due to carrier issues

Orders with incorrect shipping addresses submitted by the customer

Items lost or stolen after delivery is marked "delivered"

Refunds

Return Instructions (If Applicable)
